There is no minimum user requirement and we provide unlimited user package (enterprise package). We are not charging per user/month like others. We charge per monthly for unlimited user per organization/company.
Q: What is the minimum subscription period and is there any lock-in period?
A: Minimum 1 month.
Q: Is my data safe and secure?
A: All account is password protected. We keep your data confidential, and only you have access to your data. We advise you to keep all login and password safe, within your organization.
Q: Can i get a trial run?
A: All subscribed customer get a free first month waiver. You could also ask for demo account to test.
Q: How long should i subscribe to the package?
A: As long as you want.
Q: If i want to subscribe and pay in advance for 1 year (annually), is it possible? What is the cost?
A: Yes, please contact us should you wish to subscribe in advance.
Q: If i didn’t pay and renew my subscription, am i still entitled for my data and account should i continue at later stage?
A: Yes, you can get your data and account maximum of 6 month. More than that, your data will be wiped out and account will be deleted.
